1. Delivery Areas
Currently, online ordering services for Pizato are exclusively available in Islamabad and Rawalpindi (with Cash on Delivery & through online bank Tranfser).
2. Delivery Options & Charges
We offer two delivery methods to ensure your frozen items reach you fresh:
- Standard Delivery: Rs. 100 (Next-Day Delivery)
- Express Delivery: Rs. 250 (Same-Day Delivery)
3. Payment & Advance Requirements
- Standard Orders: Cash on Delivery (COD) is available for regular orders.
- Large Orders: For orders exceeding Rs. 5,000, Pizato reserves the right to request a partial advance payment for order confirmation.
4. Delays, Cancellations & Stock Availability
- Unforeseen Events: Deliveries may be delayed or canceled due to uncontrollable circumstances, such as severe weather, natural disasters, city strikes, or road blockages.
- Stock Availability: If an item ordered on our website becomes out of stock after order placement, the Pizato Foods team will promptly inform the customer to offer a replacement or update the order status.
